Job Description
We have a full-time opportunity with a client for a Field Operations – Project Manager in Brambleton, VA. This role oversees residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Employment: Full-time, direct hire

• Work arrangement: Onsite
\n
• Salary: $111,000 annually
\n
• Schedule: Availability for early starts around 6:00–6:30 a.m.
\n

Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Oversee grading, infrastructure, utilities, and coordination with builders.
\n
• Manage schedules, budgets, resource plans, and cost forecasts.
\n
• Review construction drawings, contracts, and specifications.
\n
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, surveyors, utilities, and inspections.
\n
• Conduct site walks, track progress, document deficiencies, and resolve field issues.
\n
• Maintain daily field logs and verify contractor work tickets.
\n
• Review invoices and manage change order pricing, negotiation, and documentation.
\n
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Manage punch lists, final inspections, as-builts, and closeout documentation.
\n

Qualifications:
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Management, or a related field.
\n
• 5+ years managing land development projects.
\n
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and plan interpretation.
\n
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar tools.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
