What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations and project execution
• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Help deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Support quality control, site coordination, and successful project completion

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in low-voltage, electronic security, fire & life safety, telecom, fiber, or similar technical environments
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate commercial installations
• Hands-on understanding of installation practices, troubleshooting, and construction drawings
• Experience managing subcontractors and driving projects from kickoff through completion
