Job SummaryMTSI is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager who has experience working with their hands installing equipment, building tanks, welding, etc. in field locations. In this role, they will oversee all aspects of a project’s, coordinating people, processes, equipment, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Field Manager. Requires ability to travel and spend time in the field. (Estimated 70% travel)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Collaborate with all stakeholders
- Develop the scope and objectives of the project
- Track adherence to project budget and timeline
- Ensure necessary resources are available and allocated to the project
- Develop detailed project plans and milestones
- Measure and report on project progress
- Travel to work sites and meet with team and clients.
Qualifications
- Hands on experience, work in the field.
- Previous experience as a Field Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work/supervise on-site for days at a time. - +/- 70% travel
