Job Description
What You’ll Do

Oversee overall site management of projects to ensure successful and timely completion within budget and scope.

Work with the Project Coordinator to prepare project installation plans and implement job procedures.

Supervise installers and subcontractors on-site, including mentoring, coaching, assigning work, and performance management.

Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Assist the Project Coordinator with coordination and administration, and provide input on scope changes or improvements.

Identify and communicate project risks; help develop and implement strategies to control deviations and meet deadlines.

Ensure installation quality in accordance with applicable codes and company standards.

Install, program, test, repair, and service systems including structured cabling, fiber, Wi-Fi, DAS, and/or AV.

Provide technical support and training to customers to maximize satisfaction.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need

Strong customer focus and ability to perform well under pressure.

Experience supervising field teams and installations related to fiber, structured cabling, data, and Wi-Fi.

Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Mechanical and electrical aptitude; comfortable using a variety of tools and reading blueprints or drawings.

Strong math skills (e.g., calculating area, voltage, resistance, etc.).

Willingness to visit job sites frequently; minimal overnight travel required.

Valid driver’s license.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
