Kitchen Tune-Up of Bloomfield is growingand were looking for a full-time, experienced In-Field Project Manager to oversee residential kitchen remodeling projects from start to finish.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with remodeling or construction experience who can confidently lead job sites, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Arrange for delivery of materials to the job site and communicate timelines with clients.
- Actively manage schedules and timelines to prevent delays and ensure that projects are on time and within budget.
- Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the franchise owner and other team members.
- Run multiple job sites efficiently and safely. Interact directly with clients from design development through final installation and maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed.
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Develop Project Management Office methodology and documentation to streamline project submission and implementation
Qualifications
- Computer savvy with specific skills in Builder trend, Procore or similar software
- Forward-thinking to see projects through to completion without unnecessary delays
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
- Minimum 5 years experience in field

Qualifications Required
- Computer savvy with specific experience in BuilderTrend, Procore or similar software
- 3+ years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction management
- Strong project coordination and people management skills
- Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment
- Knowledge of cabinet installation, refacing, and kitchen layouts is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with clients and crews
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
