Roles and Responsibilities

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate Failed Inspections with Field Operations and Construction Operations

·       Upload Sewer Locate Cards to Click Ticket Management System

·       Coordinate and implement improvements for Programs with a focus on Failed Inspections.

·       Providing administrative support to the program manager and other team members

·       Maintaining program documentation and records

·       Coordinating meetings and communication between team members

·       Handling inquiries and correspondence related to the program

 

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical training is a plus

·       Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)

·       Strong organizational and communication skills

·       Attention to detail and ability to multitask
