With a central base in the Midlands, the company operates nationwide and upholds a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nThe Role\nThe Field Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a regional field team, with a focus on performance, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role includes direct responsibility for training, recruitment, auditing, and supporting field operatives.

A strong understanding of debt collection processes and procedures is essential, as the role includes managing and overseeing debt recovery visits.\nKey Responsibilities\n * \n Lead, manage, and support a team of field-based professionals\n * \n Recruit, train, and audit field operatives to maintain high standards\n * \n Monitor field performance to ensure delivery of KPIs and SLAs\n * \n Provide coaching through regular one-to-ones and accompanied field visits\n * \n Analyse performance data and submit regular reports to senior management\n * \n Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, processes, and safety procedures\n * \n Manage escalated field issues, including payment disputes and customer complaints\n * \n Contribute to business improvement projects and support new initiative rollouts\n * \n Build effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders\nEssential Requirements\n * \n Proven experience managing remote or field-based teams\n * \n Demonstrable background in debt collection or arrears recovery\n * \n Strong leadership and performance management capabilities\n * \n Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills\n * \n Analytical and organised, with a proactive approach to problem-solving\n * \n Knowledge of the utilities sector is advantageous\n * \n Full UK driving licence\nWhat’s on Offer\n * \n A senior-level field operations role within a well-established company\n * \n The chance to influence strategy and drive service excellence\n * \n Career development opportunities in a growing sector\n * \n Competitive salary and benefits package
