We are a small but growing business based in Broadview Heights, Ohio, servicing NE Ohio, specializing in Landscape protection from Deer damage, using repellent spray. We provide a unique customer experience for residential and commercial customers. Our proven product solution, along with our expert customer service, protects our customers' home or place of business from the dangers that deer can impose on plants and landscaping.

Summary of Responsibilities

We need a Field Operations Manager to add to our amazing team, because simply, there are not enough of us to go around! Our team is passionate about our mission to help our customers enjoy the beauty of their landscaping at their property.


In this role, youll lead and support a growing team with a practical, business-owner mindset, keeping things running smoothly day-to-day while making sure everyone stays accountable. Youll lead the spray technician team and plan and coordinate technician schedules each week to keep the team on track. Essential Functions

  • Lead and support the spray tech team
  • Oversee daily workflow and team accountability
  • Create and keep SOPs up to date (pertaining to field technicians' role)
  • Plan and adjust weekly technician schedules
  • Ensure jobs run on time and efficiently (this is a very weather-dependent service)
  • Communicate clearly with field and office staff
  • High level collaboration with the Warehouse Manager
  • Work with office staff to streamline workflows and routes
  • Spot and fix process issues quickly
  • Keep team performance and morale high
  • Track key metrics and results
  • Help drive growth through solid execution
  • Stay involved in our continuous improvement program, utilizing the EOS methods as outlined in the book "Traction."


Education, Experience, and Skills Required

  • 3+ years experience in Operations Management
  • 5+ years experience in Team Leadership
  • Proficient in Office products and Apple Computer products
  • Green industry experience ()
  • Bachelor's degree ()
  • Willingness to get their Sprayer license within 6 months (provided by company)

  • $60,000-$80,000 including bonus
