Field Operations Lead – $50K–$60K Base + Incentives

Garcia Roofing is hiring a hands-on leader to bring structure, accountability, and direction to our field teams. You’ll work with Field Supervisors, Assistants, and Senior QC staff—keeping jobs moving and solving problems before they hit upper management.

This is a field-first role and requires daily roof climbing.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct and support 10+ field staff across multiple job sites
• Monitor job flow, quality, and coordination
• Solve problems and present clear solutions to management
• Communicate with customers, field teams, and office staff
• Coach and train new or underperforming employees
• Enforce safety, organization, and site cleanliness

What You Bring:

• Clear communicator with leadership presence
• Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
• Organized, proactive, and accountable
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR

Pay & Perks:

• $50K–$60K base salary
• Team performance bonuses (potential to earn $80K+)
