FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER:

The Field Operations Manager will oversee mitigation/construction activities at our Hot Springs location, driving efficient, high-quality execution while meeting revenue targets as set by the franchise.

This role is responsible for field-operations oversight (scheduling, labor efficiency, job-file quality) and end-to-end mitigation/construction project management (process compliance, risk mitigation, documentation, and customer/adjuster communication).

The ideal candidate unites strong leadership, real-time problem solving, and hands-on training to ensure the team operates at peak performance, consistently meeting company standards.
