We’re hiring a Field Operations Coordinator to support a fast-moving field environment. This is deal for someone who stays calm under pressure, is highly organized, and can flex hours when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day field operations activities from an onsite office in Irvine
  • Support scheduling, dispatch, and workload coordination for field teams
  • Track and communicate updates to ensure work stays on plan
  • Manage administrative and coordination tasks in a high-volume environment
  • Support the team through peak workload periods, including overtime as needed

  • Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume / heavy workload environment
  • Reliable and flexible—willing to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Schedule & Location

  • Onsite in Irvine, CA
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Typical hours are day shift (e.g., 7–4 or 8–5) with flexibility for overtime
