Field Merchandising Specialist -- Retail Displays

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionShape the look of retail aisles, one store at a time

Start your day on the road, heading to assigned retail locations in your own vehicle. While you’re on the clock, we reimburse your mileage. When you arrive, you’ll check in with the manager on duty and get to work transforming shelves and displays so products are easy to find and look their best.

What you’ll do

  • Drive to designated stores using your personal car (mileage reimbursed during working hours)
  • Check in and out with the store’s manager on duty
  • Move merchandise from the back room to the sales floor and stock shelves and display units
  • Rotate inventory; remove defective or out-of-date items
  • Tidy shelves and end caps; break down boxes and dispose of waste
  • Assemble and take down temporary promotional displays

Schedule and work environment

Our operation runs 24/7, so schedules aren’t always typical. Expect a highly hands-on role with frequent standing and reaching—from the lowest shelf to the highest—for most of your shift.

What you’ll bring

  • 18 years of or older
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Comfort lifting 15–40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
