The Role

As a Field Marketing & Appointment Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners. Your mission isn’t to close the sale on the spot — it’s to open the door to opportunity by starting conversations, building trust, and setting confirmed appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors and connect with 100+ homeowners daily.
• Share information on upgrades like roofing, windows, painting, and landscaping.
• Build rapport and generate qualified, confirmed appointments for sales reps.
• Take part in team training and continuously sharpen your skills.
