Are you a hands-on leader with mechanical experience and a flexible, travel-ready mindset? We’re seeking a Field Installation Group Leader to supervise a small crew (2–3 people) and execute manual installations of pumps, hoses, valves, and fittings across various industrial job sites.
While living near our office is not required, the flexibility to travel with project needs is essential.

Small parts and tube assembly

Passivation services using nitric acid-based compounds to remove surface contaminants and protect against oxidation
Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a 2–3 person field crew

Perform hands-on installation of industrial components: pumps, hoses, valves, and fittings

Ensure jobsite safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship

Communicate with clients and internal teams for project alignment

Travel to job sites as projects require
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in construction projects (industrial or mechanical )

Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly )

Flexibility to travel for multi-site or out-of-state projects

Strong leadership and crew management skills

OSHA 30 certification is ideal but not required

Ability to work with hand tools, read plans, and troubleshoot in the field
