Our cutting-edge products and services are designed to enhance efficiency, security and convenience in parking management.\n\nRole Overview\n\nTo provide comprehensive field-based electronic and electro-mechanical engineering support to customers in the UK installing, maintaining, repairing and trouble shooting equipment at customer sites, acting as the primary technical representative.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInstallations and Commissioning\n\nProvide mobile engineering support to the company installations in the field.\n\nSetting up new equipment at customer locations according to specification.\n\nCarry out first line training following installation.\n\nMaintenance and Repair\n\nCarry out maintenance and repair.\n\nEnsure equipment operates efficiently, minimizing downtime.\n\nReact to faults and incidents relating to equipment throughout the region.\n\nTechnical Support and Troubleshooting\n\nCarry out diagnostic testing.\n\nReporting and Documentation\n\nComplete necessary paperwork/IT systems use for adherence to customer support Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\n\nEffectively communicate with colleagues in the office and in the field.\n\nCustomer Relations\n\nLiaise with customers to provide technical advice and support.\n\nBuilding positive relationships with customers, providing training and ensuring customer satisfaction.\n\nSafety Compliance\n\nAdhering strictly to company and site-specific health and safety regulations Under the Health & Safety at Work Act, everyone has legal responsibility for their own welfare and for the health and safety of others. Any queries you may have relating to health & safety matters should be raised in the first instance with your supervisor, your manager, or a member of the Human Resources Department.\n\nPerson Specification\n\n * Electrical & Mechanical Engineering experience within a field-based role is essential\n\n * Ability to fault find with an attention to detail and a determination to succeed\n\n * Good verbal and written communication skills\n\n * A desire to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders\n\n * A self-starter, who is conscientious and trustworthy in dealing with revenue-generating products\n\n * A drive and passion for continuous improvement of company products\n\n * Able to work under pressure maintaining a calm persona\n\n * Flexible can-do attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile\n\n * PC Literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office\n\n * Prepared to visit UK Head Office based in Doncaster as required for meetings/training.\n\nAdditional Requirements\n\nFull UK driver’s licence (not exceeding 6 points)
