Job Description
Our client is a leading supplier of commercial vehicle wash machinery and due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Field Service Engineer.\n\nWe are seeking an electrical bias field service engineer will undertake machine installations, maintenance and repair work throughout the UK.\n\nSalary £40K -£44K +OT +Van + Bonus\n\nThe Role: \n\nReporting to service manager you will be responsible for mechanical and 3-phase electrical service and repair of commercial vehicle wash equipment. \n Your duties will include but is not limited to the following;\n\nAssist with vehicle wash machinery installation and commissioning\nAttend machinery breakdowns and carry out fault find and repair work\nUndertake scheduled planned maintenance checks \nEnsure accurate visit reports including details of work undertaken /completed is recorded on computer systemCandidate:\n\nYou will be a multiskilled engineer with excellent electrical and mechanical engineering skills. \n\nYou will have a recognised electrical engineering qualification e.g.
18th edition, HNC/NVQ 3 and you will have good mechanical skills too.\n\nPrevious work experience with vehicle wash machinery or high pressure wash systems would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given. \n\nYou will be computer literate and you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n\nMust be comfortable with working outdoors.\n\nHours of Work:\n\nMonday to Friday 45 Hours\n\nBenefits:\n Competitive Basic salary £40K -£44K +OT + Bonus\n Company Van, phone & laptop\n 33 days annual leave\n Pension\n Excellent work life balance work routine
