Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team. The Field Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing technical equipment and systems at client sites. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in the field while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test equipment or systems at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Diagnose technical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients and end-users.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and technical feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures while working on-site.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and equipment used in field operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical and analytical skills with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently to job sites.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and field operation procedures.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.
Certifications:
- OSHA-30
- NFPA 70 E
