We are seeking an experienced and polished Field Engineer based in the South Florida area Relocation will be considered for the right candidate. This is a field-first, client-facing engineering role with a strong emphasis on onsite technical support — perfect for someone with a passion for service excellence and real-time customer impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite support and implementation of the client’s software products for enterprise customers in the Miami region (80% onsite / 20% phone-based support).
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues, install/configure software, and ensure post-implementation satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and propose tailored solutions that maximize product effectiveness.
  
• Support the Sales team by influencing new business opportunities and renewals through exceptional technical service.
  
• Contribute to internal education and cross-functional strategy — particularly in technical marketing, customer retention, solution engineering, and support optimization.
  

Requirements

• Must currently reside within 100 miles of Miami, FL or be open to relocation
  
• 5+ years’ experience in field engineering, customer support, or solutions engineering with strong knowledge of:
  
• Microsoft SQL Server
  
• Active Directory
  
• Azure
  
• Prior work or direct experience at one of the following is :
  
• SolarWinds, ManageEngine, NAGIOS, Paessler, Splunk, Quest Software, AppDynamics, NetIQ, or Datadog
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills in enterprise environments
  
• US Work Authorization and valid US driver’s license required
  

Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to $250,000, based on experience and qualifications
  
• $500 bonus for each onsite visit lasting 2+ hours
  
• $2,000 clothing allowance

• $500 bonus for weekend on-call

• Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
  
• No overnight travel required
