About the Role:
This role provides on site support to the project team. The Field APM maintains on site drawings sets, manages RFIs, submittals, coordination meetings and more, while managing the project office on site.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient use of software, to include but not limited to: MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF editors (Foxit, Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam)
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, as well as manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Procore.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Previous commercial construction experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up to date, accurate project records.
- Manage project documents (submittals, RFIs, etc) in support of the project manager.
- Coordinate resources, materials and other logistic activities
- Track various data points as required.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Effective communication skills are crucial, as the Field Assistant will need to relay information clearly among team members and stakeholders.
