Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Assistant to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) site reconnaissance. This is a flexible, full-time role ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road, have strong observational and communication skills, and are looking to earn income on a per-site basis.

No prior experience is required—training and clear instructions will be provided for each assignment.

Requirements:

• Must be in Houston TX
• Must own a smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel, should have a valid driver's license.
• Able to follow simple instructions and document observations clearly
• Comfortable interacting with site contacts (e.g., property managers, business owners)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned properties across US for environmental reconnaissance
• Take photos of exterior and interior areas (where permitted)
• Make note of environmental indicators (with training provided)
• Record basic information and complete checklists/forms
• Submit findings and photos via email or app-based system
• Communicate with our project manager as needed during site visits
