Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and equipment
- Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision
- Follow all safety practices and utilize proper PPE at all times
- Comply with all NOV policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures
- Support team operations and assist with additional duties as assigned

Job Duties

- Ability to work overtime and various shifts as required
- Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
- Perform frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Push and pull equipment or materials as needed during the shift

Education and Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment
- Strong attendance, reliability, and dependability
- Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- High attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures
- Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple job functions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures
