You step onto the floor of one of the most advanced, automated brewing facilities in the country. Stainless lines hum to life. Dashboards light up with real-time metrics. As a Fermentation and Process Operations Technician at Mark Anthony Brewing—the home of White Claw® Hard Seltzer and Mike’s Hard Lemonade®—you’re part of a team that turns precision, collaboration, and data into beverages people love.

What a day could look like

• Start up, operate, and monitor automated brewing and process equipment to keep production on spec and on schedule.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on the fly, escalating and resolving to minimize downtime.
• Team up to maintain rigorous safety, sanitation, and cleanliness across the brewhouse.
• Track production data, analyze trends in tools like Excel, and recommend improvements that lift quality and throughput.
• Verify that every batch meets our exacting quality standards before it moves on.

What you bring

• Associate degree or higher; fields like food science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or mathematics are great—but all degrees are welcome.
• Comfort working with production data and basic analysis; Excel or similar tools are a plus.
• Hands-on curiosity for brewing and processing equipment.
• Enthusiasm for using computer systems and modern technology to monitor processes and solve problems.
