Federal Program Manager

Byrd Enterprises is seeking a Federal Program Manager to join our team, to lead a portfolio of Federal Division contracts, ranging from maintenance to construction for our Nation’s Veteran Cemeteries and DoD Installations. You will be responsible for the management of the Contract Specialist and Project Manager teams, in the coordination, implementation, and successful execution of Federal Contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and implementation of all Federal Contracts
• Direct and lead the work of all Projects' Division Team (Appx 6-10 Direct Reports)
• Create project timelines, team goals, and deliverables, evaluate and assess KPI’s with Leadership
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Implement new company-wide initiatives and focus on enhancing current and future offerings
• Work hand in hand with all Executive and Director level individuals to ensure company success

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Federal Contracting, team management, and contract execution
• Strong project execution & adaptation skills
• Previous experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or similar fields
• Organized and detail oriented to take ownership of the division’s responsibilities and team
• Strong leadership qualities
