We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.We are currently looking for a Facility, Site & Safety Specialist to join us at our facility in Tiel, Netherlands.The Facility department provides a pleasant and safe working environment for colleagues and supports the organization in all facility-related matters.Key responsibilitiesOperational level (40%)Checking and maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the premises and supervisingCompliance with house rules and safety regulationsFleet managementSupervising and ensuring safety in and around the building and identifying and assessing points of attentionResponsible for facility requests and contact with suppliersActing as the first point of contact for suppliers of facility services and products.Supervising the correct execution of facility contracts and testing performance on quality and supply agreementsMaintaining contact with users, aimed at accessibility and customer-oriented handling of questions and complaintsFacilitating events and meetings Co-operating Health, safety & environment activitiesParticipation in ad-hoc projectsTactical level (60%)Improving the operational business processes and facility on a tactical levelBeing focused on improving structures related to manual and technical processes that take place in daily operations, resulting in the creation of a productive and innovative environmentTogether with OPS director achieve service-level agreements and increase productivityDefines and develops projects according to the needs of the (internal) customer, in accordance with agreed internal proceduresMonitors project progressGuiding implementation of new processesOther tasksOffice supplies/Prevention officer/Data privacy officerKey requirementsProfessional Education (HBO) in FacilityDriving license B2-5 years of relevant work experienceIndependent with a pro-active attitude and flexible hands-on mentality, willingness to follow courses and trainingGood knowledge of Exact Synergy and Microsoft officeCustomer-orientedHigh sense of responsibilityAccurate and exceptional attention to detailConfident in dealing with peopleGood knowledge of the Dutch and English language written and spokenHealth and safety specialist is an advantageStrong personality with a hands-on mentality, decisiveness, persuasivenessGood ability to plan and organiseAvailable full time (40 hours) and flexible Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
