Facility Operations Manager
Job Description
A leader in airport parking facilities management is seeking a talented General Manager to manage a very successful operation near the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. As General Manager, you will have full autonomy to run the business including hiring, training and managing our staff ensuring they deliver this 'Customer is #1' mindset.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily face to face customer operations of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of business including trend analysis, sales analysis, & facility performance,
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- Manage preventive maintenance of facility equipment including the proper operation of company equipment.
- Plan activities regarding the construction and maintenance of assigned facilities and systems. Obtain estimates for repairs, purchases, and professional services.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years experience with business to consumer(B2C), face to face operations whether in retail, restaurant, parking operations or any other hospitality management type operation.
- Must have at least 2-3 years Management and Customer Service experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
- Strong communications skills
