What You'll Do:

Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, hallways, sidewalks, and building interiors/exteriors.

Ensure the property remains neat and presentable by regularly walking the grounds and removing debris.

Perform general maintenance such as basic plumbing, painting, repairing hardware, and fixing fixtures.

Operate and maintain grounds equipment as needed.

Complete maintenance service requests, assist with preventative maintenance, and support the team on various tasks.

Identify and report areas for improvement in safety or facility operations.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in facility or property maintenance.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to become certified on forklifts and pallet jacks.

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

A self-starter who works independently, manages time well, and stays calm under pressure.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays.

A great attitude and commitment to quality and teamwork.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and use tools for extended periods.

Must be able to lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
