What You'll Do:

  • Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, hallways, sidewalks, and building interiors/exteriors.

  • Ensure the property remains neat and presentable by regularly walking the grounds and removing debris.

  • Perform general maintenance such as basic plumbing, painting, repairing hardware, and fixing fixtures.

  • Operate and maintain grounds equipment as needed.

  • Complete maintenance service requests, assist with preventative maintenance, and support the team on various tasks.

  • Identify and report areas for improvement in safety or facility operations.

  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in facility or property maintenance.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to become certified on forklifts and pallet jacks.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

  • A self-starter who works independently, manages time well, and stays calm under pressure.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays.

  • A great attitude and commitment to quality and teamwork.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and use tools for extended periods.

  • Must be able to lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.

  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
