We’re seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor in our Arlington, TX plant to support daily building operations and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment. This hands‐on role oversees maintenance staff, coordinates repairs, and helps keep facility systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate building attendants and maintenance staff
• Oversee routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and support emergency procedures
• Supervise and instruct hands‐on repairs and installations as needed
• Work with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service
• Maintain accurate work orders, logs, and inspection records
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience
• Prior lead or supervisory experience
• Strong hands‐on skills in general building maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with Facilities Management (FM) software
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Work Environment

• Facility‐based role with regular exposure to building systems
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and tool use
• Occasional after‐hours response for emergencies
