Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility and equipment maintenance, proven leadership skills, and the ability to supervise a team of 15 or more employees. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of the maintenance team (15+ employees).

• Assign tasks, prioritize work orders, and ensure timely completion.

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.

• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

• Ensure all equipment, tools, and machinery are operating safely and efficiently.

• Train and mentor maintenance staff and conduct performance evaluations.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and work orders.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, overseeing 15+ employees.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record (no major violations).

• Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications ).

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
