Job Summary:

Are you a highly motivated, driven individual looking for a fast-paced work environment? We’re looking for an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to work in Hildale, Utah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain maintenance of company buildings, facilities, equipment, landscaping, and grounds

• Review maintenance work orders and fully handle issues

• Develop and implement schedules for all facility maintenance

• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency or reduce waste

• Maintain company vehicles

• Fix all issues within the buildings as needed

• Maintain inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and supplies

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

• Perform landscape maintenance

• Perform facility inspections to identify and resolve issues

Required Skills:

• At least 6 months of facility maintenance experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Detail-oriented

Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must not be significantly allergic to any products used

• Good physical condition and strength

• Experience with basic hand and power tools

• Experience with safety procedures related to OSHA

Pay: $23 to $28 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-Time
