THE ROLE: Facilities/ Workshop Manager
To be responsible for the maintenance of the office warehouse, car park
and yard areas.
Repairs/Maintenance
Managing works carried out on the building
Maintaining and improving Health and Safety of the whole site
Signing in and inducting Sub contractors or persons working or visiting site.
Organising the warehouse
Ensuring and maintaining PPE in the workshop
Maintaining and advising when stock materials need ordering.
Power tool log and maintenance.
Forklift truck maintenance (weekly check and arranging services/ LOLER/ repairs)
Working with PMs on any requests for project works / snags
