Join our team in Plymouth, NC to keep a busy facility running smoothly. As a Facilities Reliability Technician, you’ll be the go-to problem solver who keeps equipment and building systems operating efficiently and safely.

A Day in the Life

• Execute routine maintenance and corrective repairs across building systems and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections to catch issues early and prevent downtime.
• Respond quickly to service calls and maintenance requests.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Partner with teammates to streamline processes and enhance facility performance.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Assist with installing new equipment and systems as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment issues.
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays if needed.
