£45,000 - £55,000 p/a DoE
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities Manager, working for a property management company. This role requires 3 days on site in Tamworth and 2 days in the Birmingham office, or roaming around 10-20 sites within Birmingham.

The Facilities Manager role:

Duties include but are not limited to:
\n
- \n
- Responsibility for all hard FM services.
- Managing relationships with tenants on a large commercial site
- Ensure pre-planned and reactive maintenance work is carried out on common areas in a timely manner
- Liaise with contractors and landscapers
- Manage security provision on-site
- First point of contact for all tenants

The successful individual will have:
\n
- \n
- MUST have 3 years' experience within a similar role
- EXCEPTIONAL communication skills
- IOSH, NEBOSH certified
- MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
\n
