Will also be required to go to Manchester, Scotland and Dublin \n\nSalary: £50,000 - £57,500\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\n\nWe are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for an experienced Facilities Manager to work as a Regional Facilities Manager based in Leeds for one of their prestigious clients. This role will also require travel to other offices on a regular basis.

This is a site based role 5 days per week. Previous Facilities Manager experience is essential. This is a permanent role with good opportunities for future progression within the company.\n\nExpenses will be covered for travel to other offices.\n\nResponsibilities will include:\n\nOverseeing 6 buildings (Leeds, Manchester, Scotland, Dublin)\n4 Direct reports\nManaging budgets and accounts\nRegular updates and meetings with the client on site\nLiaison with other departments\nRegular liaison and site updates with line manager\nCandidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.\n\nThis role is offering £50,000 - £57,500 plus a generous benefits package.\n\nIf interested, please send your CV or call Tom on (phone number removed)
