Facilities Manager in OX1

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a busy Healthcare PFI contract.\n\nFacilities Manager\n\nMonday to Friday\n\nOxford - 5 days a week on site\n\nTemporary\n\n£ 27ph via umbrella\n\nAs a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:\n\n * Ensuring service delivery meets SLA, client, and company requirements\n\n * Leading recruitment, training, performance management, and development of teams\n\n * Managing rotas, staffing levels, and contingency planning to maintain service standards\n\n * Monitoring KPIs, service levels, and contract compliance\n\n * Supporting the Head of Soft FM with budgets, hours, forecasting, and reporting\n\n * Building strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders\n\n * Managing escalations and resolving operational issues effectively\n\n * Overseeing timesheets, wages, scheduling, and workforce systems\n\n * Driving continuous improvement across all Soft FM services\n\n * Ensuring all cleaning and support services are delivered safely and efficiently\n\n * Maintaining standards across manual and mechanical cleaning operations\n\nAs a Facilities Manager, you will need:\n\n * IOSH Managing Safely qualification\n\n * Previous management experience within Soft FM, Facilities, Cleaning, or Healthcare environments\n\n * Strong people management and leadership skills\n\n * Experience managing staffing levels, workloads, and service performance\n\n * Previous healthcare environment experience\n\n * COSHH knowledge\n\n * Minimum 3 years leading teams in a similar role\n\nIf this Facilities Manager role is of interest, please apply directly
