Excellent opportunity for professional Facility Mangers in the Fort Lauderdale area! Direct Hire position, $80-95+K.

This position is responsible for managing the care and maintenance of the building structures and grounds. Managing a team of internal and external resources to develop, implement and administer plans for upkeep of the land and yard equipment and supplies, repairs and renovation projects, and coordinating safety inspections with HSE. The Facilities Manager is also responsible for managing the financial budget for meeting these facility's needs.

Workdays are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

• Associate's degree in facility management/related field or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years in a facilities management position
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance as they apply to facilities
• Financial and project management acumen
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid computer and systems knowledge
