We’re Hiring: Facilities Manager
We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team and support client portfolios across the U.S., including retail, office, flex, industrial, and medical spaces.
This role focuses on managing third-party vendors from an off-site centralized location—ensuring properties are well-maintained, budgets are controlled, and KPIs/SLAs are met. You’ll be the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, building strong client relationships and driving service excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee facilities operations across multi-site portfolios
- Manage vendors, work orders, and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure equipment reliability and workplace experience standards
- Track budgets, review invoices, and deliver performance reporting
- Drive compliance with safety, regulatory, and client requirements
- Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in facilities management, ideally with multi-site/dispersed portfolios
- Strong background in vendor oversight, budgeting, and client management
- Experience with facilities management systems (ServiceChannel, MRI, TRIRIGA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service environment
