Client: Fortune 500

Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Lawrence, KS

Duration: 03 Months (Extension Possible)

Schedule: Mon – Fri; 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM CST

Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

·         Maintain parking lots, landscaping, and grounds.

·         Coordinate janitorial and fire system testing.

·         Assist with insurance and fire inspections.

·         Handle building infrastructure repairs (roof, plumbing, floors, painting, etc.).

·         Maintain office furniture, elevators, and facility lighting.

·         Perform basic electrical work (wiring, conduit, etc.).
