We are looking for a qualified Facilities Maintenance Technician, to oversee and perform maintenance and repair tasks on our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our members and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and develop plans to address them effectively.
- Complete repairs and maintenance projects, including renovations and upgrades, in collaboration with external contractors and vendors.
- preform preventive maintenance work to ensure the longevity and reliability of building systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring quality and following documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role, with demonstrated experience in maintenance and repair tasks.
- Strong knowledge and of building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in building maintenance or related fields (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) a plus.
