Job Summary

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician you will be required to work on a team ensuring the proper operation of all facility systems. This entails troubleshooting and maintenance on building, equipment, and utility operations.

Requirements:

• Must be 18yrs of and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work second or third shift.
• Must be able to maintain excellent attendance
• HVAC/Chillers/RTUs experience
• Having knowledge of Compressed Air/Compressor Maintenance is a plus
• Electrical Power Distribution/Electrical Troubleshooting experience
• Plumbing experience
• Demonstrate ability to accept and communicate instructions in a positive manner.
• The ability to apply knowledge learned in job situations.
• Must be able to withstand physical activity such as pulling, pushing, climbing stairs or roof tops, and tolerate hot/cold climate conditions.
• Computer literate.
• Must be able to collaborate with various departments to support their projects from a facilities perspective.
