Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Chisholm Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in the DFW Market. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for facilities maintenance, work orders including minor plumbing, minor electrical, lighting, painting, changing filters, changing ceiling tiles and other preventative maintenance on multiple locations.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience and preferably some leadership experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and operation of various locations throughout the DFW market.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum of a HS diploma or GED
• Texas Driver License
• 1+ years of facilities Maintenance experience preferably working retail and commercial properties.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, lighting, paint, filters, coils, and other building equipment.
• Proven track record promptly addressing clients service requests with a high level of customer service and accurately documenting work order requests.
• Capability to frequently walk stairs, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Some travel required.

Compensation:

• Direct hire
• Pay: Based on experience
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some weekends)
