Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to perform inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, calibrations, and repairs in a clean manufacturing and laboratory environment. This role covers building systems, lab/manufacturing equipment, plumbing, electrical, high purity water, and steam (boiler) systems. You’ll be responsible for completing work orders in the CMMS, supporting outside service providers, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and ISO 13485 standards.

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial, lab, or manufacturing setting (technical degree may substitute).

• High School Diploma required; Technical degree .

• Strong hands-on mechanical, troubleshooting, and equipment repair/calibration skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and follow safety/compliance standards.

• Valid driver’s license.

(Nice-to-Haves):

• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems.

• Familiarity with ISO environments and lab settings.
