We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a client in the Spring, TX area. This is a full time position.

The Maintenance Technician performs general preventative maintenance and corrective repair of building, systems, equipment, and grounds. They will assist in monitoring building system operations and performance which may utilize skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. They will also be responsible for understanding all applicable client goals and objectives as well as management agreement requirements -- ensuring the team delivers those requirements.

Desired Skills:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, or plumbing.
• At least 5+ years experience in commercial building maintenance
• experience in hospitals or medical centers

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general maintenance and operational duties which include performance testing, maintenance, adjustment, and care of general maintenance.
• HVAC equipment & control systems
• Plumbing systems including residential and commercial
• Electrical systems: Resetting breakers, scheduling IR Studies
• Able to manage work orders
• Able to manage multiple properties
