Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

We require a Maintenance Operative for one of the leading suppliers of self-storage in the UK. You will be responsible for providing effective, professional maintenance and repair services to London stores and stores in the surrounding areas.

• You will be based in a London store, near to your home and will be provided with a company van with tools.
• The role is a minimum 40 hours per week Monday to Friday around 8am - 4.30pm (you should be flexible to work an occasional weekend if an emergency arises).

You will carry out duties such as:

• Basic plumbing e.g replacing taps
• Painting flooring etc
• Repairs to basic locks
• Re-hang doors
• Basic metal work manipulation repairs

You should have:

• Full UK driving license
• Good communication and customer service skills
• IT skills for email
• Good time management skills

We are looking for someone with 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
