As a Facilities Maintenance team member, you will play a key role in supporting the upkeep and functionality of the facility. You’ll assist with light repairs, painting and patching, and general maintenance tasks to help keep the environment clean, safe, and running smoothly.You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team that is supportive and enjoys making work a positive and engaging environment.
This is a temp to hire job opportunity and could be a great long-term fit for the right person.
Facilities Maintenance Job Duties:

• Perform light building repairs using hand and power tools 
• Paint and patch walls to maintain a clean and professional facility 
• Assist with general facility maintenance projects and upkeep 
• Support the Facilities Manager with daily tasks and improvements 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment 
• Respond to basic maintenance requests as needed

Schedule: Train on 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm2nd shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:20pm – 1:40am Pay: $28 - $32 per hour
Facilities Maintenance Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, general labor, or construction  
• Ability to perform light repairs (painting, patching, basic fixes) 
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely 
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift 
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace 
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
