AppleTree Staffing is currently accepting applications for Facilities Maintenance candidates for one of our clients in Greenwood.

Requirements:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
• Prior experience with mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems, as well as any structural elements
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and construction projects
• Impeccable attendance record
• Strong work history
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record for use of company vehicles
• Abilities to climb or balance: stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
