Pay Rate: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable and energetic Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment at our Commerce facility. This role is essential to the daily operations of our warehouse and common areas, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays spotless.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and organize warehouse areas
• Perform routine checks on eyewash stations, spill kits, tank farms, and fire extinguishers
• Install safety signage and repaint hazard lines (red/yellow, dock lines, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including break rooms and restrooms
• Place safety hazard signs when needed (e.g., wet floor, wet paint)
• Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning emergencies
• Remove litter and debris from warehouse
• Notify supervisor when supplies need replenishing
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work day shifts and remain flexible with scheduling
• Strong sense of reliability and professionalism
• Physically capable of performing cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Committed to safety and efficiency in all duties
