What You’ll Do:

• Lead capital improvement and reliability projects
• Troubleshoot equipment and drive continuous improvement
• Partner cross-functionally to support operations and reduce downtime
• Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient facility performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
• Manufacturing or plant experience
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs required.
