Job Title: Facilities coordinator

Location: Seattle, WA 98121 (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay rate: $43/hr on W2 AI

Job Description:

The Opportunity:

• Assist with managing facility operations and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors for facility services
• Build and maintain facilities and operations tracking systems

Who You Are:

• Capable of building and maintaining facilities and operations tracking systems
• 510 years of experience in facilities operations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Extremely organized with high attention to detail
• Willing to work outside of standard hours as needed
