This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to person ensuring the workplace is safe, compliant and operating efficiently.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\n * \n\n Overseeing office operations and facilities\n\n * \n\n Managing health & safety compliance\n\n * \n\n Coordinating contractors and services\n\n * \n\n Supporting staff and maintaining a smooth, welcoming environment\n\nWe’re looking for someone who:\n\n✔ Has experience in office management or senior admin roles\n✔ Is highly organised and confident multitasking\n✔ Communicates well and builds positive relationships\n✔ Stays calm under pressure\n✔ Is proactive and solutions-focused\n\nInitially 100% office-based during induction, with some flexibility possible later.
