As the appointed Facilities & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations across facilities, fleet, and logistics functions.
About the Role\n
As the Facilities & Logistics Coordinator, you will take ownership of a broad range of facilities and logistics responsibilities, ensuring the company's offices, sites, and fleet operations run efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities include:

Facilities Management
\n

- Managing cleaning, air conditioning, waste management, water heater, and office maintenance contracts
- Acting as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries and issues
- Overseeing alarm systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and door entry systems
- Coordinating company insurance renewals and maintaining accurate documentation
- Managing office repairs, furniture maintenance, and general workplace upkeep
- Ensuring fire extinguishers are serviced and compliant across office and site locations
- Arranging and administering head office parking permits

Logistics Management
\n

- Managing fleet fuel cards and associated renewals
- Acting as the first point of contact for company vehicle and van-related issues
- Administering fleet vehicle insurance, claims, fines, congestion charges, and Dart Charge accounts
- Coordinating train travel bookings for office and site-based employees
- Organising hotel accommodation for business travel requirements
- Maintaining accurate fleet and logistics records while supporting employees with related queries

About You\n
- \n
- Previous experience within Facilities, Logistics, Office Management, Fleet Administration, or a similar coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Confident handling supplier relationships, contracts, and service providers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
